The only way to resolve this issue is to contact customer support because one of the admins have blocked you for supposedly violately their terms.

This is a very common complaint; but there's nothing you can do about it, except wait the 2 days. The suspension is due to Zynga system flagging a possible use of game cheats in use, & this is a completely an automated process which can't be overwritten by customer services, I have tried myself. This will be your 2nd suspension, as they progress by adding a day the next time. You might find in the next couple of weeks, you'll get a 3 day suspension.

i was banned from zynga poker andreceived an e mail asking me to APOLOGIZE and promise to neverv violate terms of service did that and nothing has been done since this morning
