Its a problem in the Power Button
It may be stuck ,it needs to be released,try to release it by some pin ,if you couldnt ,you need to send it to a repair store.

hi inesz I want you to do put in four 0 into your phone. if that doesn't work do the last four numbers of phone number. If these don't work do 1234 or 9999. ok hope this helps

because you need to get the new on not the one the samsunge gives you for it then it will work but not on windows 7 ul
