PUK stands for Personal Unblocking Key. This is a uniqueeight-digit code specific to your SIM card. This is required when the PINnumber to unlock your mobile phone is entered incorrectly 3 times. You are thengiven 10 attempts to enter your PUK code. If an incorrect PUK code is enteredafter the 10th attempt, you will block your SIM card permanently and willrequire a new SIM card from your mobile phone provider.
PUK codes can be obtained through the following ways -
The PUK code is in your SIM card documentation Starter Pack.If you do not have this then -Please contact your phone service provider.
Your cell phone service provider can give you the PUK code once you give themyour account details and they have confirmed your identity.
NET 10 www.net10.com does not know what they're doing!!! I bought a new cell phone cause I lost mine a week and a half later. The new phone came with a manual and activation card, but the SIM card was already installed with no further info. or codes, or anything but the basic lock code. I reset the lock code, I NEED TO SET PIN2 WHICH HAS TURNED INTO A PUK2 CODE... I already exhausted the PIN2 PUK2 the 3 times before I ever entered the PIN Code or PIN Code 2!!! I managed to set the SECURITY CODE & PIN CODE --BUT-- NEED TO RESET THE ((((( PIN 2/PUK 2 or PIN2 / PUK2 Code ))))) --AND-- ((((( SIM APP. CODE (PUK / BLOCKED) ))))) for my LG320G LG 320G By Tracphone Through NET 10 NET10.COM 877-836-2368 THERE CUSTOMER SERVICE CANNOT HELP ANYONE WITH PUK2 OR SIM APP. CODE BLOCK!!!!!!

need to call up the customer care number ' 121 or visit your nearest
Aircel center, where they would give the 8-digit PUK code. You will be
required to dial the 8-digit PUK code on your mobile and reselect a new
PIN number for your mobile.
Please note ' Entering of wrong PUK 10times will completely block your SIM card.

Hi there,
Just dial 111 using other aircel mobile to contact customer support. The PUK code must be given by the network support in able to unblock again the SIM, please do not enter more than trice of the PUK code or do not eventually guess the code it will permanently block the SIM and you will able to use it again.
By the way what exactly the location or country you are located in, so if there no other aircel mobile available to contact directly the Operator, i'll try to look their trunk line number where you can also contact with them.

PUK code and PIN Code:
Please dont try more than 3 times.If you try more than 3 times the Sim will get locked.And it will ask for PIN code.Both these PUK and PIN code can be given only by the network service provider. Please call the network service provider of your mobile.And ask him to provide the PUK code or PIN code.He will ask you some basic details like name,date of birth for his verification.And he will provide you the PUK and PIN code.This is done for free of cost.
