your problem is an accessory (red) wire, it needs to be hooked up to a 12 volt alternating current, something that turns on and off with the key, the yellow wire on the other hand needs to be hooked up to something that has constant 12v power.
remember ,your new car is ITALIAN ,while PIONEER is a JAPANESE brand . ITALY is WEST while JAPAN is east and these two directions do not meet easily .
THERE IS AN INTERCONNECTOR ADAPTOR SOLD SEPERATELY WHICH WILL MAKE THESE TWO COMPATIBLE.
Fixing these two together will make your job easier and comfortable .
If I were in your shoes I would hardwire it, Run the red wire directly to fuse box or battery, run yellow wire to switched circuit in fuse panel, and isolate the black ground wire somewhere inside the dash, I'm in America and have not wrenched on any FIAT's, but in my expirence some manufactures doe things proprietary, give this a shot.
