hi.....
by installer i just mean the exe which you use to run your driver's cd
ok...
it's nothing writing but just changing the compatibility.
open your disk drive.
now do it with exe you find inside.
again mention you this procedure will not make changes to the file but manages the compatibility .
so what's the problem now?

Hi,
Thanks for the quick response, however when you say "the installer" I'm not sure what you mean. If you mean a shortcut there isn't one, all I have is the original installation disk. I did locate on it the 64bit driver, installed it but still had the same problem. I'd love your answer to work but I'm at a loss as to how to complete it.
Thanks,
Ken

Sorry, please advise.

Hi,
I decided to uninstall the program completely from my computer and then try a reinstall. I went to Control Panel and tried the uninstall. Unfortunately it would not! and I got the message "Error 2343. Specified path is empty". Here we go again!
Any help appreciated.
