How do I pair it with my phone? i lost the manual If I just turn it on, it my cell doesn't seem to find it. It says to put the Jabra in discovery mode. How do I do that? Also, do you know how I can order a new charger? Thank you! Christine

If you have the instruction manual on the jabra, it should tell you how to put the device in pairing mode. Once pairing is turned on you find the device name through the bluetooth settings on your phone. Click pair and they should connect.

hold all three buttons together ie power and volume ,three color lights will blink, this resets the jabra headset, then try pairing again , when pairing the lights should not slow blink. it should stay constant or random flashing.

On your phone, make sure bluetooth is turned on (settings, general).

While your phone is in discovery mode, turn your bluetooth device on and put it in discovery mode (usually you have to hold the power button for 7-10 seconds).

Your phone will find the device, and you will be prompted to enter the devises PIN number (often 0-0-0-0). Your phone should pair with the device then.

On your phone, make sure bluetooth is turned on (settings, general).

The Jabra goes into discovery mode when the unit is off, and the power button is pressed for ten seconds, which passes the five second power on time.
At ten seconds the unit lights constant to state discovery mode is on.

OK, this is what you do: 1. Make sure your Jabra VBT 2050 is fully charged. 2. Enable bluetooth on your phone. 3. Turn on your VBT 2050 with the little button on the side (the white light between the keys should flash). 4. Initiate a search from your phone while holding down the center button on the VBT 2050 (middle, under the + and -). 5. You might need to do another bluetooth search using your phone (it took me about 4 times befor my Blackberry Storm picked up the signal. 6. When your phone asks for a code, type in 0000 (the default number).

do you have the bluetooth in discovery mode first before trying to pair?

Jabra headsets sometimes have a different way of being put into discovery mode. Most headsets just have you press and hold the big call button on it. Some jabra headsets require you to JUST hold down both volume buttons and some other jabra headsets require you to hold down ALL buttons on the headset to put it in discovery mode (or pairing mode as they sometimes call it)

Try of those combinations ... The light will stay solid when it's in discovery mode... Once the light is solid THEN have the EnV search for headsets.
