I cannot pair my HFS001 cruiser with my evo.

If, at the moment you turn your carkit on, the sentence 'Pairing mode' isn't heard, press and hold the answer/end button for some 5 seconds, until you hear that announcent. Then, make your phone's bluetooth application search for new devices. After a little while, your car kit should appear on the phone' screen. Select it and make it connect. If a pairing code (or PIN, or passkey) is requested, enter '0000' (four zeros, without the quotes).

By the way, you can download your car kit's user manual from this location. There, you will find detailed informations on how to pair it with your new phone. Hope you find it useful, somehow. Anyway, please, let me know if you need further assistance.

I charged my HFS001 overnight but there is no power to it.

Assuming that you are talking about the Jabra HFS001, give it another try. If it still doesn't work, the unit's charge connector could be defective. Depending on the age of the device, you may need to contact the manufacturer about the warranty or maybe just replace the unit.

Hello, Press and hold the "Answer/End" button for about five seconds. When you hear "Pairing Mode," the speaker is now discoverable by other Bluetooth devices. Turn on your cell phone;s bluetooth connectivity. Once your cell phone has found the HFS001 it will ask for a pairing code the code is "0000". The phone will then connect to the HFS001. Enjoy your hands free experience!
