Kenmore refrigerator with top freezer purchased about 8 years ago. The freezer isn't freezing food thoroughly and now the refridgerator is not keeping the food cold enough. What could be the problem? The bottom filter is clean and no wires are being pinched in the back.

Many times a freezer and/or refrigerator do not work right because of a dirty condenser coil...there are also many other things that can go wrong.
