You should try it on other computers, it is most ikely something thet mcafee doesnt like for example a key for the paid version or something like that ny way try it on a computer without mcafee
Open table usually means you have an invoice on hold. Check your on hold invoices and clear that up.
Are you trying to delete the #101 Cash Customer. The system should not allow you to do that and might be causing a conflict when you try to run the report.

Invoice number ? From when you purchased it ? The business where you bought it from should have it, or if you had it shipped to you the shipping company ( UPS, USPS ) may have it. How long ago was it purchased ? If you bought it online, or actually where ever you bought it from may have the records, it's best to keep ALL of your purchasing receipts paperwork etc.so you have it. When done online would have been best to print and/or at least save the transaction. Did you use plastic ( credit/debit card ) ? Should be some numbers on your statement that may serve as an invoice number.
