Call barring How does one prevent ceratin incoming calls, the call barring service on my phone is always reading password error anytime i enter a password, pasword blocked

In my micromax Q7 mobile all incoming calls are replied with this number is busy. Neither I locked nor barred the calls, knowingly or unknowingly. Please get a solution.
