How can I read and write Arabic/Persian SMS in my HTC smart phone?

    is that app can change main keyboard to arabic when write massege or write in net browser and how use this app ??? cuz i use app like what you say and its make me copy and paste and this way is verrrryyy bbaaad plaese i need your help thanks???

There is an app on the market called Ibrahim Arabic Keyboard that is free. Download and install it and you should be able to write sms messages in Arabic.

This means that your HTC Smart does not support the Arabic or Persian Language.

take your phone to a mobile shop and ask them if they can install the language for you.
