I have just purchased a Polaroid PoGo. The first photo that I printed from it was quite good quality but the next 4 I have printed have streaks running through them. I have tried cleaning the print head the way they suggest by putting in one of the photo papers upside down with the watermark facing upwards and running it through the print head but still the photos are streaky. I have even used another pack of the ZINK photo paper incase the first was damaged. Do you have the answer or do I need to send it back to Amazon

Possibly dirty gearwheels. Could be an easy fix or worst case a little handyness and screwdriver is needed. Read how: http://henningmakingit.wordpress.com/2011/05/21/how-to-repair-your-polaroid-pogo-printer/

Looks like you've tried everything. You need to send the unit back, either exchange or return.

I purchased a new mobile on friday ..LG GN360 touch mobile. I can not get the mobile to recognise the polaroid pogo, even though i have used both sets of instructions from mobile & pogo. ie: switching...

I do not have the LG touch mobile, but experienced a similar problem with another device. It didn't work at al: I selected a photo, say print and sent it via bluetooth to the POGO, it didn't connect.
The solution that worked was: Not give a PRINT-command! Just SEND your picture to the POGO by bluetooth, and it will start printing.

Samsung galaxy s cannot get pogo printer to print!!It say it is paired but not connected

Download the "Polaroid Pogo App" from the Android Marketplace. This will solve the problem of the Pogo rejecting your phone. It also has other features like different "frame shots" or printing one picture over 4 sheets. Best of all - it's free!

When I print photos, they have uniform vertical streaks.

Issue: Banded or streaked prints
Solution: Change the Print Quality Settings (Windows)

Change the Print Quality Settings (Windows) The Quality setting controls how finely ink droplets are placed on the printed page. Depending on the type of paper being used a higher Print Quality setting does not always insure a better print. Print speed will decrease as the Print Quality setting is increased. Follow the instructions below to change the print quality settings in the Canon printer driver for the Windows operating system through a printing application.
  1. Click 'Properties' in the Print dialog box.

Note: Depending on the Application software, 'Properties' may be displayed as 'Preferences'.

  2. Set the desired print quality in the 'Print Quality' section.

  3. Select 'High', 'Standard', or 'Draft / Fast'.
To set more detailed print quality settings, follow this procedure:
  1. Select 'Custom' and click 'Set'.

    win_main_print_quality.jpg

  2. In the Set Print Quality dialog drag the slide bar from 'Fast' to 'Fine' to select the print quality.

    win_print_quality_slider.jpg

Note: There are five options in 'Quality'. However, selectable options are limited depending on the media type.

  3. Select 'Auto', 'Dither', or 'Diffusion' from the 'Halftoning' section.

How to connect the Polaroid Pogo to a computer

You can only connect the Pogo to a PC by using a Bluetooth wireless connection. Once a bluetooth connection is established between your PC and the PoGo you can print by simply using Explorer to send a JPEG file to the PoGo via Bluetooth (no printer driver needed).
