I am using Nokia 3110 Classic and every month due to some software issue my cell stop's to work and ultimately i have to take it to the Nikia Care Center and do the format and software upgradation. I want to know if it is possible to do the format and software upgradation at home as I have very good high speed internet connection as this will save my time and money both. Regard's Yogesh

Yes u can surely format and update ur phone at home.
to format:
-switch off ur phone -press and hold 3, # and answer keys -keep pressing the keys and at the same time switch on the phone. -do not let go of the keys until u c the formatting written on the screen.
to update:
-download nokia software update from nokia website download section -install and run the program on the pc -connect ur phone with pc in pc suite mode. -let nokia software update detect ur phone and follow the onscreen instructions.
