hi
Carefully reading user manuals help in most of cases :)
Just use Read flash option. After reading complete, SagemEG will show you phone code. If not success, there is another option to get code - sent flash.bin to [email protected].Here is log of reset to default , read eeprom n read flash
your HDD may be corrupted, re-installing windows vista is one option. Your best bet is if you have/ can obtain a copy of windows vista run setup and try the repair wizard in the windows vista setup, the wizard automatically finds errors and missing files and replaces them therefore solving any errors in your HDD. you can also try to use the recovery wizard from your recovery disc.
best of luck
Not sure what vehicle you have, but if its yellow it means there is some kind of fault with the engine and for the most part it is a non-critical fault and usually running in a degraded mode but should be addressed soon. You need a code reader to read it. Usually AutoZone and large auto parts stores can read it for you.
If its red, it is a critical fault like low oil pressure or high coolant temperature and needs to be dealt with immediately or engine damage will occur.
Hope this helps.

This is explained in the user manual (page 98 in this PDF):
