HOW DO I CLEAR THE PAPER JAM 1? I opened all the doors and checked to see if any paper is stuck somewhere. There is nothing to keep it from starting again.

To clear the paper Jam, follow the steps below.
1. Remove all loose paper from the paper In tray.
2. Do not pull paper jam from under the front cover.
3. If there is more than one sheet stuck in the printer, remove the paper sheet at a time.
4. Make sure no scraps of paper are stuck in the printer.
5. If there is open the door at the back of the printer.
6. Pull the jammed paper out of the printer.
7. Check again to make sure no scraps of paper are stuck in the printer.
8. Close the back door.
9. Restart your computer.

Hi,

You need to try clearing the paper using a airblower if you do not have a air blower try with a vacuum cleaner, surely it cleans up. Unless until you remove the paper it shows the msg.

If you think you have no other option and you tried everything its better to call some service guy and get it done.
