Songs allow

Hi Richard
To answer your question of what you need to download and make the songs play:

This player is meant to play mp3 and Windows Media files
To do so, you need the use of a Windows computer with USB port , connection cable (included) and a music management software (MusicMatch Jukebox." Go to the following webpage and download a user manual for your player...it will give you all the information you need.
Note: the 1022 is the same as the RD1076

How do I add music that I have on iTunes to my RCA mp3 player?

The easiest way to do this is to use the usb cable that came with the player and plug this into your Mac or PC. Navigate to My Computer (Windows) or the the Finder (Mac) and locate the RCA player. It will show up like a usb drive or hard drive. Now navigate to iTunes and drag the songs you wish onto the window you opened and allow the computer to copy songs onto the RCA player.

How to put music on it

You can go to this website and download an owner's manual for free.
It will explain a lot to you.
http://www.retrevo.com/s/RCA-TH101-MP3-Players-review-manual/id/404dj787/t/1-2/
One thing you will need is your computer to have Windows Media Player on it, download your songs to the Windows Media Player and then plug in your MP3 player.
Windows Media Player will recognize the player and then allow you to transfer songs to it for playing your music on the go.

Im looking for a user manual for a RCA MP3 player Th1702-A or how to down load music and deleate music

Go to this website and you can download an Owner's Manual:http://www.devicemanuals.com/guidedownload/RCA-M4204-MP3-Player-Owner's-Manual--==TVRJMk1EWXg=.html
You can also download music using Media Player 11, you can download it at www.download.com
To delete songs/files do the following:

Hook up your mp3 player to your computer Go to your desktop and double left click on "My Computer" When it opens you will see listing that says "Devices with Removal Storage" your mp3 player should be listed there. Right click on your mp3 player, and a window will open, right click on "Open" and now your files/songs should be visible. Hold the left click down and drag it across all the files/songs that you do not want this will highlight the files/songs you do not want, release, right click and then click on "Delete" Now you mp3 player should be clear of the files/songs you do not want. I subscribed to Yahoo Unlimited Downloads but I cannot put the songs on my Mp3 player I just pruchsed. Why?

Yahoo Unlimited does not download the songs directly to the Mp3 player - you must download the songs to the computer first, and then use Windows Media Player to transfer the songs from the computer to the player. Check your subscription for Yahoo Music - the lower level subscription does not allow you to transfer songs to an Mp3 player - you will have to upgrade the subscription. also, check the individual tracks - I cancelled Yahoo Unlimited because on many songs, you have to pay extra for the song even if you have purchased a subscription.

Connection

Try this: disconnect the player from the computer, turn it off, hold in the volume + button, and reconnect the player to the computer while holding the volume + button in. Keep holding the volume + button for an additional 5-50 seconds. Windows should eventually go into recovery mode and revive the player- it will pop up a window that says Found New Hardware Wizard.

Music down load

Karbinas I know what you are asking. you got the music off the internet, this was music that was secure music. It will play on your computer but it will not allow you to download it to mp3's it will also not let you allow you to burn it. sorry it is called bootleg music everyone has some but just does not know it. There is a program to show you the songs allow but it cost more than it is worth. If you like a song that is not able that way find it in the store and download the cd it's cool get friends go in on it. That is why I tell people to buy the player that have sd cards so they can trade with friends. DGW
