If you haven't changed any of the settings on the router then this should work:
1. open a new browser and type in your router IP.
2. default ip: 192.168.2.1
3. username: admin
password:
If that doesn't work, then you will have to do a factory reset. You can do this by holding the reset button (pin sized button) at the back of your router. Then try the above again.
Do you have access to the GUI of the router??? if you suspect access rules it could be a MAC address filter look for the settings in the ACCESS RULES section of the GUI and desable them, if you don't have access to the router's GUI you should reset it to factory default than go to the setup according to the router's manual...

Are you able to access the configuration utility inside the router or are you asking how to do a hard reset?
Turn on your iPod Touch or iPhone by pressing the top button. Wait for your iPod Touch to boot and slide your finger across the lock slider to unlock the device. You will now at the iPod Touch home screen
Press the Settings icon on the iPod Touch Home screen to change your system settings. Click on Wi-Fi near the top of the Settings menu. A list of available wireless access points will load.
Find your Linksys wireless access point from the wireless device list under the Wi-Fi menu. If you have already setup an security key for your Linksys router, you will be asked to enter the key after selecting it from the list. Press OK and wait as it connects to the router. Enjoy the added benefit of having your iPod connected to the Internet.
