El problema es que la impresora tiene diferentes parametros de impresion, de oscuridad o velocidad. Ajustalos para que sean iguales en el print server como en workstation. If you are refering to print speed, from the label format, press F5 to bring up the LABEL & SETUP PROPERTIES. Click on LABEL OPTIONS and print speed will be the first choice.
If you are refering to how fast data is sent to the printer, then that depends on the connection to the PC and whether you are using true-type fonts or not.

In the driver there are settings for print speed, you will aslo need to access the menu on the printer and set the speed

check if the sensors behind the printhead (small metal open case)is on the same position that the uper sensor(black plastic bit with the screw behind the printhead) Run the sensor profile, check if he check the gap.
run manual calibration from the settings.
worst case senario, Reset the printer to Factory defult (Press PAUSE and CANCEL buttons and tun printer on, then relese the butons after 5 secounds.

possible fonts issue. try to change the font from the text, check setings from the driver.
try to print from the driver (test print)
Try to print from Word (need to ajust the page) with diferents text fonts.
you can check the correct firmware ( be ware with the information about the serial number) ATENTION!!! wrong firmware can cause PRINTER DEAD!!!
Install lates firmware to the printer.
