3 Select "I forgot my password" and click "Next".
4 Enter the Hotmail address you need access to in the "Microsoft account" field.
5 Select a verification method.
6 Fill out the questionnaire (if necessary).
7 Get your verification code.
8 Enter your verification code.
9 Create a new password.
10 Log into your account.
