Why can't i use mary kay timewise targated action toning lotion on my face.

Contact the Mary Kay representative through whom you ordered these items and have that person correct it. Either that, or contact Mary Kay directly.

Definitely start looking for a new product. You may have a slight reaction now, but it could turn into something much worst. I had the same problem once, and by day 4 I had a full blown reaction. Try products that are fragrance free. If that's not the problem, it can be traced back to sunscreen or a certain dye. Hope this helps! :]
