-install it and connect ur phone
-update ur phone by following the onscreen instructions.

it seems a problem with your nokia software, nokia 5220 is a series 40 it means this problem can't handle by 3 fingers trick so you need to go to nokia care center or nokia care point to make a hard reset of your phone..

Hi, sometimes will cannot format your memory card,if any of the files present in your memory card is opened by your phone and in use. Also be aware of the fact that if you format your memory card, not only the data present in it will be wiped out but also the mobile softwares/applications installed onto your memory card.
