Hi Check the freezer to ensure it isn't over loaded with food stuff; reason being air must flow freely threw out the entire refrigerator in order for the thermostat to work correctly. Also check whether the unit needs defrosting or not. You should also check the coils on the rear of the refrigerator and make sure they are clean and dust free.
