How can i make it work everything is new and batteries and is just not working!!!

You have a bad connection,or starter,the moterbendex should spin, with good connections.
check the new cylinoid,to drivemoter clearances.

Check battery contacts for corrosion, clean, and retighten them. Poor conduction will prevent starter from working.

Always be sure the batteries are charged and suited for your device.
Check contacts of the batteries and in the battery compartment of your device. Dirty or oxidised contacts can be cleaned with a dry cloth, or a cotton swap. Never use sharp tools to clean contacts or anything in or on electronic equipment.
Always charge batteries before using it for the first time, or if you have not used it for a long period. 3 months is a very long period.
Always charge sets of batteries (2 or 4) together.
Do not use alkaline batteries unless it is absolutely necessary. In some cases, alkaline batteries may have a shorter service life than NiMH. Alkaline battery performance is limited, especially at low temperatures. The use of NiMH batteries is recommended.

make sure you turn everything off and left everything closed when you shut it off.

could be the crank sensor or maybe the starter solenoid

you need to replace the whistle batteries, i think it takes 3 aaa batteries under the smoke stack

I have a similar problem. My MV650i works from the mains power but not from the battery even though I have tried new battery packs.

its your battery you should get it replaced cuz if everything else works fine and it drans's out the battery that fast then its ur battery try a new one see if it works
