It is good news that your compressor is running. It is running to maintain the set cooling temperature.

The problem is your unit is not getting rid of the system heat.

You have a bad condenser fan motor and plugged up condensing coil.

Here's a manual for your unit series. You can contact the manufacturer directly by calling 1-800-621-8560 to verify the correct compressor for your particular unitand model. See page 16 of the manual at the link below for models and replacement part numbers, including the compressor.

I searched till I found a Randell vendor in our state. They had the answers I needed.

Your compressor may have a internal leak caused by a bad high side valve. If the box is not cooling well and the compressor is very hot you may need a new compressor.

Why is my evaporator, refrigerator and freezer not getting cold with the compressor running and what type of refrigerant does it use?
Your system uses R-134a refrigerant.

If the compressor is running but it's not cooling, you probably have a refrigerant leak or possibly a restriction in your evaporator.

Unfortunately, refrigerant leaks are not DIY friendly, so my advise would be to call a competent repairman.

Neither refrigerator nor freezer cooling.
sounds like the compressor or relay went out. if the compressor is hot turn off and let cool to room temp. and try it then [a few hours] , if it is not hot then replace the relay on the compressor.
