Hi my xbox 360 keeps telling me to open tray after a disc is inserted. it says reading then it says open tray.

You can call the microsoft or do it yourself by opening the xbox 360 case and the dvd rom.. tighten with a screw (counter clock) right there!! (see the picture)

This is a problem with either the tray or the laser in your Xbox, you will need to contact Microsoft to have this solved.
