I have just replaced the ink cartridges on my Epson SX515W and I cannot get any ink flow. If I check cartridge levels it indicates all are full . I have run Head cleaner several times and the ink flow has reduced every time I do this to the point I get no ink through on any colour except Magenta

Are they original cartridges,cos i'm geting exactly the same problem with some copies i bought off internet

The black ink nozzle on my epson Sx515W is completely blocked. Head cleaning has no effect on theis nozzle and just kills the ink cartridges. Help please

The ink cartridges nozzle is jammed and stuck in the printer, its a hardware issue, you will have to replace the printer

My epson sx515w is not printing from the black cartridge

Had the same problem. I put some white spirit in a syringe and placed the syringe nozzle over the ink nozzel and squerted it in to unblock the system. Inserted a new cartridge. It now works again for me, so far so good ??

I have just changed all the ink's in an Epson d120

If you replaced with "genuine" ink-cartridges, then it should report "full".

If you replaced with "refilled" ink-cartridges, then the company that refilled forgot to "reset" the electronics inside the ink-cartridge, in order to report "full".

Or, perhaps, the software "toolbox" that came with the printer has a button "I have installed new cartridges, please re-verify the ink-levels" ??? Click that button.

Polling the ink cartridges for available ink level.

then click on replacing ink supply, and the first box down tells you about ink cartridge levels.
