We have had our spa for 3 month and take care of it with perfection...Last night we had 2 inches of rain and when we went to use it tonight it smelled horrible...The spa is in our garage and was not exposed to the rain but coule that have caused this odor?? and what do we do to sanitize it and eliminate it?

if it smells electrical then it is the motor and just because you replaced it months a go that dont meen anything i have seen them come off the shelf and be bad not saying ddty that this is your issue but it sounds like it a bad solinoid chances are very slim I would look towards the motor to find out when machine quits lean machine back on the wall so it dont fall on you and put your hand on the motor if it is hot then it is over heating and needs to be changedplease let me know what you guys find and if i can help you in any way

poss drain holes blocked,use a syringe to blow through with clorine bleach.(clorine will gas off so no after smells)

Despite washers remain with some residual water in the pump and wet components it should no be so critical as you are indicating especially if you cleaned it as you stated. You are not describing the smell but try to isolate the source, like the washer drainage point (odors coming from sewage), behind the washer, and inside or under the washer where the mechanical components are. It wouldn't be surprising to find a dead rat, lizard or pests in there. Sometimes even wet laundry falling behind the appliances stinks strongly. Be safe moving and reaching on difficult places.
