The paper is not being pulled into the printer straight.

There are small sliders that rest next to the paper in the loading tray, you are required to push these so that they slide over and rest directly next to the stack of paper. This will guide the paper into the printer straight so that the paper does not get pulled in crooked.

You should be able to go into the print driver settings and do a print head alignment.

any stripes are usually caused by imagining unit, first use the tool in front cover to clean laser glasses. inspect IU drums for stripes maybe youll need to change them. is the page coming out ok, but picture is printed crookedly ?
