Swing not workng

I can't seem to find one online. Have you tried contacting Disney directly? They should be able to send you a link to a pdf for their manual.

If you have one of the screws that you are missing, you can take it to any hardware store to show them the size and it' should be pretty easy to buy replacements.
If that is not an option, you can contact Disney and as well as the manual, you can ask for the screw size.

The battery would be on the inside of the top round handles. You will need a philips head screwdriver to take them out.

Most of the time if you go to Graco's website they have manuals for these type of items. I had to do it for my new Fisherprice swing. If you can not find it there call them and they will send you one. I had to do that before too.

Simplicity is out of business so no way. Unfortunately its time for a new swing. Sorry.

You'll probably need to replace the motor in the swing. Most of these types of swings work off a motor with a plastic gear attached, and the inside of the gear gets worn down over time. The motor still gets power and still turns the gear, but the gear doesn't have the grip that it used to so the swing doesn't move as much (especially with a baby in it).

It's likely the motor gone bad. The contacts inside the motor can get burnt out and prevent the motor from turning. Did you buy the swing brand new, or was it used? If you bought it new you should return it for a refund.
