The headset light turns off when it is at full charge. If it is not charged yet it will be illuminated red.

Jabra supreme wont turn on

The unit needs a full charge. Be certain the BT firmware and software with drivers are current. If necessary, contact the manufacturer support technician for additional assistance.

Hello, i cannot pair my jabra sp5050 to my htc desire hd phone. i have followed all the online instructions but cannot seem to "find" the jabra on my handset. thanks!

To get the Jabra SP5050 into pairing mode: Start with the unit turned off Press and hold the answer/end button Hold until the light starts blinking constantly, without pauses Release the button - this is pairing mode Your phone should be able to "find" it when it's in this mode.

The headset has to be in learning mode first for any phone to find it, press and hold the power on button for 8 seconds until the power light comes on and stays on then search for it with your phone, pairing code can be 0000

I had a jabra headset that i used for my rumor. i now have a rumor 2 and i tried to pair it with my jabra, but it wont pick it up. whats wrong?

You might want to delete the Jabra headset from the Rumor first, and make sure the phone is powered off. Then put the Jabra into pairing mode (usually done by powering on the Jabra and pressing and holding until the indicator light flashes) and set the Rumor 2 to detect new devices. Once it detects the Jabra, connect and input 0000 (four zeros) and it should connect.

Can't connect

Hello,

In your Jabra bluetooth headset, press and hold the button in the headset until you see BLUE flashing light. Once the light is flashing in the Jabra, go to your Motorola phone and search for any Bluetooth device in range. when the Jabra shows up, select the Jabra and put in the pin code for the headset "its either 0000 or 1234)

Cheers!
