try inserting some other sim! it may some times if the phone is imported and all then they are operator locked like cdma phones!!! they can be unlocked but it need the unlocking software and all!
u don't try it at home give it to a repair center they'll do it for u!

There is no unlock code solution for this phone. Please do not believe anyone who claims there is an unlock code solution. Your only option would be to take the phone to a phone store to be unlocked, sorry.
