Sound driver lenovo 3000 c200 laptop

O.K. I was cleaning up my lenovo 3000 c200 laptop, I erased the realtekaudio driver, I GUESS.. I tried reinstall and got (using fire fox)63ar14ww icon on desktop...when i install C:DRIVERSRealtek AudioDriver [TR] for XP....it goes through I click finish...and still nosound...now what, ALSO How do i get into administrative option!!!
help me

    Yeah Ive read all previous posts on subject...Okay it has me listed in administrative user...I still can't find the download?

    Okay Okay...I got that in...its in add programs, Still no sound...I went trouble shoot...I'm confused. I am sorry, I am not the best at this and I went three days without asking, I'm kinda fried on it.
    Am I still missing something?

    Such wrong answers,
    go to lenovo.com only (no body else)
    get the driver there for:
    your exact PC model 3000 c200,none other.
    and matched to your XP.(virus magnet)
    there is no other way, or get virus,
    do not use scalpers web sites or others
    they all are infected with something you do not every want on any PC.
    they do that for folks ignorant of the facts
    get all sound drivers from your OEM
    get them from Lenovo.com only
    or get infected you will or charged CASH for trash drivers, I promise.

Check that you have downloaded the correct driver. Be sure to reboot after installing the driver. Also check if the sound is mute.
