theres no problem in answering phone ..if someone call you just press right green botton on your celphone..green botton on your celphone means to hang up your phone when someones calling..
where did you buy your celphone? if your network is GLOBE telecom but your celphone is not "open line" (meaning it is locked just for one network) you really cannot use that to call nor text using your current network provider. since you are in the philippines, its so easy to ask anywhere there (celphone technicians) if your celphone is open line or not, and if its not, then just ask them to fix it. believe me, they can do that easily as 1-2-3.
