You'll have to login to the router configuration page.
First, in Windows Operating System, click on the Start menu, type "cmd" into the search field and press enter.
In the command window that appears, type in "ipconfig/all". If you are on a computer that is connected directly to the router, scroll to the heading that is titled "Ethernet Adapter Local Area Connection". If you are connected wirelessly, scroll to the heading titled "Wireless Adapter Local Area Connection".
Find the "Default Gateway" in the correct section and note it.
In your default internet browser, type the Default Gateway address into the address bar and press enter.
You should see a small window come up asking for a username and password. By default the username/password for D-Link routers is admin/admin or admin/blank.
After you successfully login, you can find the section to change the wireless password. Select WPA/WPA2 as the authentication type and enter a passphrase. Be sure to save your changes!
Lastly, to see a list of connected client computers, browse to the status section of the router's configuration page.
