Check that your pressure tube is plugged into the control board. Take the back cover to control board off, pressure tube comes up from tub and should be plugged into the control board.

Try to clean the discharge pump filter first (Instructions in the Use/Care manual).

If the drain pump is working, it's most likely related to the pressure switch. Check out this posting:

Kenmore elite 100 series.. fills with water for wash but drains immediately

If your Kenmore Elite 100 series washing machine is filling with water for the wash cycle but immediately draining without actually washing the clothes, there could be a few potential causes:

1. Faulty or clogged water level pressure switch: The water level pressure switch is responsible for sensing the water level in the tub and signaling the washer to stop filling once the appropriate level is reached. If this switch is faulty or clogged, it may be signaling the washer to drain the water immediately. You may need to replace the pressure switch or clean the hose that connects it to the tub.

2. Clogged drain hose or pump filter: A clogged drain hose or pump filter can prevent the washer from properly draining the water, causing it to immediately drain as soon as it fills. Check for any clogs or blockages in the drain hose or pump filter and clear them if necessary.

3. Broken or faulty drain pump: If the drain pump is broken or not functioning properly, it may not be able to properly drain the water from the washer, causing it to immediately drain. You may need to replace the drain pump if it is broken.

4. Malfunctioning control board: In rare cases, a malfunctioning control board may be causing the washer to immediately drain after filling. If none of the above solutions work, it may be worth having a professional technician inspect and potentially replace the control board.

Can you tell me what error code E12 is on a Bosch vision 300 washer?

I am not quit sure if my answer will help you, but I am going to tell you the cycle

The unit fills to whatever water level you choose to use
.
After reaching the water level the the wash begins, after 20 or 30 minutes of washing it needs to drain the soapy water. The drain pump turn on draining the water, after draining the unit fill back up to the settings and or sprays water while doing the draining and spinning to remove as much dirty water as possible from the first wash. After the first draining, fills back up again for the final rinse and the final drain

The symptom you are describing, here tell me, that issue is with the drain valve, drain hose, the sewer, or is a big possibility that there is is a sock or woman garment stuck in inside holding the rotor causing the water not drain inside the water valve, if the sensors are not sensing the opening of the pressure switch after the first fill. it will not continue This units lately has been added many sensors the only thing this unit doesn't has is the ability to speak but if using common sense you can get to the part that needs to be replace. You need to read and understand the wash cycle first.

Why when we start the wash the water goes in and drains right out so it just keeps doing that

check your drain hose going to the drain pipe in the wall. if the drain hose is lower than the highest water level on the unit, it will cause a siphoning issue. water will run into and the never fill enough to start into cycle. If unit is filling and the drain pump is on at the same time it is filling, then it is a bad control board.

I have a Frigidaire affinity washer error code reads E11. Unit immediately pauses after activating start. Troubleshooting door ssitch revealed resistance was 1320 ohms. I was told 1500 ohms should be...

Good Morning Neil, thank you for your post!

Typically, error code E11 indicates that the water fill time is too long. This could be due to a faulty valve, clogged valve filters, kinked inlet hoses, or low water pressure supplied to unit. Also, if the drain hose is installed too deep into the house drain pipe the water may syphon as it fills. At this point, I would recommend having a service technician to diagnose the problem before investing in unnecessary parts.

My kenmore diswasher model#363.153221100 when i start the wash cycle starts to fill up with water but then drains the water back out immediately and the wash cycle never starts.

Hello & Welcome to FixYa

This problem is caused when the motor goes bad and needs replacement. The control will fill water and then sends signal to the motor to start a cycle, if it won't work then it will drain the water and so won't start the cycle. However, it can also be a bad door latch-lock assembly as if the control senses that the door is not closed it won't start the cycle. If you hear any humming buzzing sound from the bottom of the unit then replace the motor if not then replace the latch assembly. Please get back to me if you have any other questions.

The washing machine only keeps filling with water never stops

there is a water sensing device in your unit that is not working, it is located at the top end of a small plastic tube cumming from the washing drum the unit will have a number of wires going to the top or side of it and the plastic tube attached to the bottom, replace this unit

My kenmore 80 series will not fill to wash - it starts to fill with water and then starts draining immediately??

If the washer drains immediately as it attempts to fill,or if it has problems with maintaining the water level after it does fill, this can commonly be caused by what is known as "siphoning". The following link explains:

http://www.fixya.com/support/r587481-prevent_washer_siphoning

Read through the link provided and let me know if you have any questions. This could be a simple matter of drain hose placement. If this does not correct your problem, please let me know. I hope this helps you.

Kenmore dishwasher fills with water, then drains. Doesn't wash.

HI, this is a control fault that may be solved by unplugging the unit for 3 minutes. if this reset doesn't work and, the unit continues to fill and dump, i will then recommend to replace the failed control board.
