Please see cassette may paper miss feed
Hello kersulizzz;
I believe that you would benefit from the whole manual.
Konica Minolta Di1610 User Manual
You will find the paper jam section around page #6-16 (#110 as it is laid out). You may want to download it for future use on your computer.
Good Luck!

Front cover is placed on front of machine. Should be some tabs near top, or on either side. If not, use finger nails or thin sturdy tool or object to pop open. Should be very little resistance. Don't force it. Should see all the guts of copier or whatever it may be. Usually can see the paper stuck in there. Good idea to unplug and try pulling jammed paper out. Close and restart.

Description
Machine may cycle ON/OFF repeatedly (keeps rebooting), will not power ON (no boot-up), no message on the operation panel, LCD displays extraneous
characters and/or error code C14A3 (C-14A3).
Solution
CAUSE: The PCL board draws too much current, causing PWB-P to fail. There is no problem with GDI versions of the machine; only machines with PCL
boards are affected.
SOLUTION: The PCL board has been modified to limit current draw. If the symptoms described above occur, replace both the PCL and PWB-P boards.
Note : The new-style PCL board can be identified by a yellow sticker. Machines that had the new-style board installed during production have a yellow
sticker near the serial number plate.
may want a service technician to check the PCL boards as above

If you receive an "Open front cover" error message the solution is to open the cover and remove the paper and any remnants of the paper jam. If there is no obvious paper remnants jamming the printer and you continue to receive an error message I would suggest unplugging the printer from the power source.
After 5 - 10 minutes plug in to power source.
Turn on printer.
See if this has resolved error message. If not you will need to check more carefully for paper remnants that would be causing the printer to detect a jam.
Trust this is helpful. :)
