Computer won't boot up

this computer comes on and says it can't boot because of driver missing....I have tried reformatting with disc that came with computer this don't help......can't you solve my problem please?

Are you sure its asking for a driver or does it say
"System Failure, Insert Boot Disk"
or
"Kernel32.dll Missing"
