Don't press any more buttons at the moment as you may further complicate the problem. I really need to know which satellite remote you have to give the correct instructions, but the following applies to a large number of TVs.
First, press the TV button on the satellite remote. This simply ensures that any buttons pressed afterwards control the TV and not the satellite box.
Next look for a button on the satellite remote labelled INPUT or SOURCE. If you can find one of these buttons, try pressing it repeatedly until the picture from the satellite channels appears on the TV screen. If there is a TV/AV button on your satellite remote, press this once.
If you cannot find any of these buttons on your satellite remote or they do not switch the TV back to TV mode, please let me know which Satellite remote you are using. If you don't have a model number for the remote, please let me know the brand and model number of the satellite receiver.

The VIDEO STATUS button gives you a choice of three TV picture display settings, including a
display of your own preferences.
Standard - Resets the picture display to the factory settings.
Dynamic - Heightens contrast.
Theater - Gives a rich, film-like look to video. (AV-27D303, AV-27D203 and AV-20D303 only)
Sports - When you watch a sports program. (AV-27330, AV-27320 and AV-27S33 only)
Press the VIDEO STATUS button repetedly to get these choices.
