I need to know how to put songs in the transcend mp850 4gb . i dont have any software.. can u help to fix this issue

connect the device to computer.....go to my computer, open the device, find folder with tracks/ files are, make a new folder (name it)dump all the files you want in the folder (this your playlist) turn off and on to update device

well the music files arent working just try to wait 5 hrs then try it again and if that dont work then try to reset it

Seems this problem is a firmware related issue. Re do the firware from the marker.
1.download the appropriate firmware from Transcend. 2.press and hold reset button for 2 seconds 3.run the firmware updater 4.press and hold "play" button while connecting to system. 5.the updater will detect the player and it will upgrade the firmware.

It's just like putting songs. Just convert the video to .mtv format using MTV converter(This can be installed from the software CD). Now you can enjoy video.

The problem is with the computer. Update the driver, Or put the Software CD of the player, and now it will work fine.

File format error - Transcend T.sonic 610(1gb)
I had the same problem. I had formatted the player's drive using Windows explorer and the got this error: "File Format error" while trying to play any mp3 file.
I went to the command prompt. Deleted all files:
E:\> del *
Then I copied the MP3 files again in the T.sonic MP3 player. All MP3 files played fine after this.

You can plug up the unit to a computer and gointo my computer and go to removable disc and right click it and then click on explore and see whats taking up a;; your memory. there maybe a file there you dont know about as then you can delete everything and then cleanup the memory and start over with your song programming. Good Luck
