Rear Projection tv's pictures are made by Projection of light which is produced from a set of bulbs in the base of the unit that shine up on to the screen,bit like @ the cinima.
these get dirt & dust on them which makes the picture go dull or blurry,not sure about your model,but if you get the manual it will tell you how to get to these bulbs & clean them.

See attached photo of what convergence board in your set looks like and the chips that fail; it is directly behind front panel beneath the screen--access from the front.

I can tell you exactly how to get at it and what is involved in the repair---TOTAL PARTS COST ON EBAY will be under 25 dollars.

Entire board is at front of set behind grill under screen, I can tell you the best way to get it out and do the fix.

Ok. On your viewfinder, there might be a round dial. Turn it to adjust focus. Otherwise, sometimes viewfinders are like that... blurry, especially electronic.

probably the thing can be ur webcam is a .3 megapixel one and you're trying to view the image fullscreen, it then has to be blurry.
