Have tally t9114 printer and cannot find a driver that will work on windows 7 x64

There is no Win 7 driver, but you can try to install Vista driver

You should have a HP Laser Jet 4 printer driver included within the Add Printers Wizard on Windows 7, use this printer driver it will be 100% compatible with the 9114 as this is a PCL5e printer driver and the 9114 supports the PCL5e emulation.

call the company Dascom they'll send you the x64 driver.

Yes, just use Windows 7 Update function to install proper drivers automatically. The drivers provided by Brother on CD do not work, though.
