Contact T-Mobile at 1800-T-Mobile. They will have to repair the phone.

All i get is screen save display?

It seems you need to reset your phone.

If your HTC HD2 is frozen and a soft reset doesn't work, this guide shows how to restore your handset to its factory settings with a hard reset
There are two ways you can perform a hard reset on your HTC HD2. The first is best if your phone is still operational. If it has crashed and you can't get a response from it, you're better to try option two.
Performing a factory reset via the settings menu
  1. On the Home screen's Settings tab, select Menu - All Settings - System - Clear Storage
  2. Enter 1234 and tap Yes to confirm
Performing a factory reset using phone buttons
  1. If your phone has crashed and won't respond, you'll have to perform a battery pull to power the phone off. Simply take off the back cover and remove the battery. Otherwise, just turn your HTC HD2 off using the power button.
  2. With your phone powered off, press and hold the volume up and volume down buttons
  3. While holding the volume buttons, press the power button and then release it
  4. When you see a warning message on screen, release the volume up and volume down buttons
  5. Press the volume up button to perform the reset when prompted, or press any other button to cancel the reset

My htc hd2 wont go past the tmobile start up icon

Try doing a battery pull. If that doesn't fix it, you will need to try a hard reset on your phone. If that doesn't work, you will need a replacement phone. If you have insurance on your phone, use it to get a replacement. If not, see if it's still in warranty and try to get a replacement through the manufacturer.

Hello Sly,

The HTC HD2 Smartphone may be affected due to virus or malware which is causing restarting and screen freezing problem. The virus or malware can infect the HTC HD2 Smartphone by the means of Bluetooth or PC Connectivity. To disinfect or remove the virus from the HTC HD2 Smartphone or from memory card it contains, scan your memory card using the anti virus installed in your machine. You can scan you memory card for antivirus using the Avira anti virus. Please download the anti virus from :

I'm sorry, but I think you will need to contact T-Mobile for support. Call them from another phone at 1-800-T-Mobile.
If you don't care much about the info on the phone, then do a hard reset to factory defaults.

CAUTION - DOING A HARD RESET, YOU WILL LOSE EVERYTHING ON YOUR PHONE. REMOVE THE MEMORY CARD BEFORE DOING A HARD RESET.

CANT PHONE ANYONE

It was possibly not unlocked properly. When you bought it, what carrier was it locked to? You can buy an unlock code on ebay for about $10:

I cannot turn on my htc hd2

Reset the phone, it's your only option, it's either that or return it to the place you bought it. You could also try removing the battery and sim card first, perhaps re installing both or one will jump start it. Otherwise reset it and hopefully it will roll back to original firmware
