Look inside your glove-box. There should be a small sticker, usually near the left front on the inside the glove-box door. There will be two sets of numbers. The number set with 5 digits is your radio code.

The dealer charges $60 for a duplicate key (with a chip in it). I wouldn't thing they would charge this for simply getting you the security coide to your readio.
The code normally comes on a separate document as does key codes or numbers. You could check the owner's manual to see if it was noted in there. (A bad idea.) Also check for a sticker inside your glove box. If that doesn't work then you need to remove the radio/CD player from the dash to get it's serial number from the back of it. Take that number with your VIN to a Honda dealer and they should be able to get your security code for you. They will likely ask for your driver's license & registration to prove you own the vehicle.
