Now...before inserting the memory card, make sure it is not locked with password;as this can prevent it from working. Then firstly, scan the memory card using AVG software. After that insert the memory card and start making use of it....
You can download AVG software @ www.google.com/avg/downloads
That symptom appears when memory card in camera got defective/ imbalanced.
Format memory card in camera by camera Menu, Format option and problem will be fixed.
Note, all data/ pictures in memory card will be deleted by formatting so take back-up of importatnt pictures.
Thanks.
Format error display shows memory card is unstable and need to be format through format option in Camera menu. Format memory card, if that does not fix the issue, try another memory card in camera and check this memory card in another camera just to make sure either camera got problem or memory card is bad.
Take out memory card from camera, turn it On and check does it show format error? If yes, press Home, Memory option and format internal memory. If camera does not show format error then put back memory card in and press Home, Memory card option and format it. This will delete all files/ data and will refresh memory card, take some pictures and check. If after formatting, still format error exist, put new memory card.
Format memory card and check, if problem exist then replace memory card in camera. Note: Format will delete all photo data on memory card so copy photo files before format.
Try using a card reader and a computer to recover the files inside the card, saving them on the computer. When you have finished try formatting the memory stick or replace it with a new one. If you still get the error with a newly formatted memory stick, then that is a faulty mainboard inside the camera, but this is not common. Usually you fix C:13:01 just formatting or replacing the memory card.
don't worry.i got the solve this problem.because all this happened due to the old files on memory card which corrupted automatically.so you need to format the memory card.then insert the memory card on digital camera.your camera will work finely.
