My Phaser 8500 will not print and has error 08,045,43:75066 - Anyone know what this means?

19.003:48 is the error code 64663is the number of pages the unit has printed. the error indicates a power difference of +- 20% when trying to drive the printhead. The issue is the Electronics Module (System logic and power) or the Wave Amplifier (Printhead Controller). Both of the parts are fairly easy to replace. If it is the wave amp it is a somewhat affordable part.if it is the EM you should replace the printer. It isn't worth the fix.

Make Sure There is no Paper Trapped in the Paper Path
Power the Printer OFF, Wait 30 Seconds and Then Power ON

If you have Warranty Still, CALL XEROX!!!, That error message indicates that you have a failed temprature sensor inside the print-head, 90% chance Xerox will have to replace print-head. Print head is VERY expensive to replace out of pocket ($500-800+)

That is a print head movement fault.
There are 2 things that normally cause that. One is the print head pivot block becomes contaminated with ink, the other is the wiper blade tacks to the print head.

That is a print head calabration error.
Most likely the print head has failed.
Those also are extremely expensive parts you put into it.

I honestly don't know where you could get a manual. Other then try googling "the parts drop" and calling them. Talk to Britt.
Normally that print block is sticky or the cleaning blade is stuck to the print head causing that error.

That is a yellow ink stick fault.
One is most likely stuck. cracked or otherwise not advance to the front of the ink loader. Check the sticks

I would suspect the elecrtonich module has gone bad.
Without an error tht is my best guess.

A fault code search on Xerox's website says this is an electronics module interface fault--just doesn't say how to fix it!!
