This is definetly a mistake that most of us do..even i came around this situation once. Anyways now there are three ways you can get your phone to normal. One will cost you and the other is free. I have mentioned all the possible ways i know.
type #pwd# and then "send. It will reset your password to the the last 4 digits of your phone number. Then you can reset your password, as you wish.
You can type the following code..
*2767*2878# or *2767*3855# I am not sure which 1 works but anyways i can give you assurence that it wont harm your phone. Well but let me tell you the code which will work will completely format your phone and you will get it just as a fresh factory piece (i am talkin abt the software..lol) Hope this works out for you, you can even even go to dis link, actually this is a samsungs online remote server site.
