Hi,
Since you've already replaced the power cord and still the led light won't came on, this is an indication that the power supply board of your unit is dead. If it is not under warranty period(if so, avail it because the manufacturer will fix it for free) open the back cover and check the continuity of the fuse using the multimeter, if you found it open replaced it with the same current(ampere) ratings and then try to turn on the TV. If the replacement fuse blew again, this is an indication of more serious problem on that board. If the replacement fuse didn't resolve the issue, other parts on that board gone to malfunction as well. If this is the case, I would advice you to replaced the entire board for your convenient. The cost will almost the same rather than troubleshoot it. Check the actual part no of your board and check this LINK.
