Hi, my wife bought me one of those Press N' Play "Country Classics" KXMP mp3 player.Great little unit, just a shame I can't download anything from my comp. as Iam absolutely useless with anything technical, still, Iam happy just listening to it. Only problem I got is I can't find a way to attach a neck strap to it. Bought my self one of those very narrow neck straps you can buy for mob. phones and they have a very fine loop at the end, but unfortunately will not go through the opening. Well, it does go in to the opening but there is no way to pull it through below as that fixture is too close to the body. Sounds stupid, but got me beat. Anybody else with this problem. Would appreciate some help. Many thanks, HB

Are you sure the music you downloaded is mp3 format? This usually happens when you try to play the unsupported file format.

You need to convert your CDs to mp3 music files onto your computer or download them from the Internet and then copy them to your MP3 player using the supplied USB cable when you connect the MP3 player to the computer.

You need to format mp3 player memory as per instructions given in This Sony Manual then transfer mp3 files through Sonic Stage software in mp3 player to solve the issue.

I FOUND THE SOLUTION!
Hi. If you're like me you just bought one of Mach Speed's mp3/media players (I have the Trio/Eclipse Model G2, it looks like the Ipod Nano). I bought it at Big Lots for about $30. Everything works except i can't get video to play on it! Here's what i found after hours of trial and error:
Seems mine (hopefully this will work for yours) will ONLY play either FLV or RM files. If you have AVI or other kinds of video files you can use this great software to convert to FLV:

It's free and it won't put a watermark on the video...which is great 'cause all the other free ones out there will. Anyway i hope this helps.
