You could try the following steps :
  1. Install 'Nokia PC Suite 7' in your PC and configure it for your nokia 2700 classic phone.
  2. Visit the site http://www.opera.com/mobile/download/nokia/2700_classic/
  3. Download and Save the jar and jad files on your desktop.
  4. Connect your phone with your PC by a USB cable.
  5. Open PC suite.
  6. Click on the icon 'install application'.
  7. A window named ' Nokia Appliaction Installer' will be opened.
  8. On the right i.e. My Phone side , select nokia 2700 classic ( C; Phone memory). On the left i.e My computer side , select desktop then select 'opera mini 5.0' and then
  9. Press ?
  10. Save (if required).
  11. Open your phone menu>Apps>Memory Card>opera mini>option>move.
  12. Move to 'Games'.
  13. Now under Games , you will find opera mini , which you can open and use for browsing the internet. The version is 'Opera Mini 5 Beta'.

Sir i am using nokia 2700 classic mobile. there is problem when i try to use internet through my nokia 2700 .. and it is showing NO RESPONSE HOST.. it is working on my home computer but not working...
in case of your cellphone,i think it may be affected by some packetdata connection settings problems...in case of ur lap,check weather,pc suite is properly installed.

How do I change it from arabic to english
Very easy, please do the follow steps

1. Confirm that your phone is Nokia 2700 classic ( *#0000# ) RM-561

2. Download & Install "Nemesis Service Suite (NSS)" from http://www.b-phreaks.co.uk/index.php?main_page=page_2

3. Download & Install "Nokia Software Updater"

4. Make sure that "Nokia PC Suite" does not run

5. Connect your phone to your PC, use "PC Suite" mode, Run NSS, click on icon Search to scan for new device

6. Click on tabs "Phone info", click "Read" & check Enable on Product code, paste the new product code "0581961" and click "Write"

7. Disconnect your phone from PC, restart the phone.

8. Connect the phone to PC, Run 'Nokia Software Updater" and update your phone

9. Wait and enjoy your new language
