In Internet explorer
Got to Tools (ALT+T) in browser
Pick Internet Options in Menu
In the General Tab you will see Box marked "Home Page"
Delete what is in there and insert http://www.bt.com
Press Apply Button at the bottom of the Window.
Then Press OK to get back to Browser.
Close Browser and your new home page will be bt.com
If you cannot get it changed this way, then you have a virus which is re-installing ask.com as a home page.
Install SUPERAntiSpyware Remove Malware Remove Spyware AntiMalware AntiSpyware...
to get rid of it. Then change the home page again
